Sarah is a meticulous finance professional with over 30 years of broad industry experience including public, private and non-profit sectors for small, medium and large organizations. She has honed her leadership and team-building capabilities over the years and has been successful at building valuable relationships across all levels of the organizations she has worked with.
Sarah’s keen eye for detail coupled with her ability to see the bigger picture have enabled her to make solid improvements that have had lasting positive impacts on the many organizations she has worked with. Sarah is a passionate leader with a warm approach and she quickly establishes effective working relationships with her clients.
Sarah is a Chartered Professional Accountant, originating as a Certified Management Accountant, with an honours degree in Professional Accounting, a diploma in Financial Management and a Certificate in Strategic Management.
She has worked her way up from being an accounting assistant to managing a corporate accounting team and traveling all over the world to manage the global internal audit function of a large publicly traded company.
She is driven by a desire to help her clients focus on the most value-added aspects of their business that drive process efficiencies, increased profits and employee engagement.
Sarah has a built a trusted network of professionals who compliment and support the services she offers to her clients.
In her own words
I was born and raised on the North Shore and have a strong connection to the ocean and the mountains. I love running in the trails, hiking and skiing and spending days out on the water. At home I love to decorate, entertain, bake and spend quality time with my family and friends. I have 2 wonderful and spirited daughters and an affectionate and energetic pup!
I am grateful for the incredible experiences I have had travelling all over the world for business and pleasure. I love going on adventures, meeting new people, seeing new sights and tasting amazing food!
